一切都要從阿里山之旅說起．．．　．．．

It all starts with the trip to Alishan

那一天沒看到日出 敗興而歸 

We failed to see the sunrise even when we got up early that day

回到旅館後

We had to come back to the hotel to have the breakfast

又發現只提供中式早餐    

and i realized there were only Chinese breakfast 

清粥小菜之類的

such as rice porridge

我心想：完了 

oh 

前一天晚上找了一晚 除了7-11之外，全部都是中式合菜餐廳

We found the night before there were nothing but Chinese restaurants here 

在這山上我去哪生巧克力醬抹吐司給他吃 

How can I get bread and choco for him TT

沒想到

However,

最後竟然看到杯子先生在一旁吃饅頭

it ended up with that he was eating "mantou"

還吃得津津有味

 very happily 

我白擔心了啊     

What was I worried for 

離開餐廳前 他還多拿了幾顆

He even had more before we left the restaurant

有一天我們在逛士林夜市時 

He even asked for "mantou"

先生他竟然說想吃饅頭   

when we were at Shilin night market

說真的 我從來沒在逛夜市時想過要吃饅頭

I've never thought of "mantou" when I go to night markets

也覺得夜市裡應該不會有饅頭吧

and thought there wouldn't be any "mantou" in night markets

沒想到還真得讓我們找到了   

But we found it in the end ...

接者連兩年

For two years,

媽媽都買了冷凍饅頭讓杯子先生帶回家

Mom even got frozen "mantou" for him to bring back 

甚至杯子先生後來還跑去中國店

He also bought the steamer 

買了個蒸籠 

from China town 

從此開啟了我蒐集饅頭店的工作

And I've also started to find as many "mantou" stores as possible...
