又到了我們的廚房日了
it's our Kitchen Day again <3
我發現每次食物的照片怎麼都看起來一樣,
但是但是,我們明明煮得都是不一樣的東西呀
I realize that what we cooked always look the same in every photo...
BUT we realllllly made different things every time
這一次一定要弄點不一樣的 Thus, this time must have something special
杯子先生列出一堆他喜歡的東西,但是我怎麼覺得那些我們都試過了呀
Mr. Cap listed several his favorite food for me but i think we already tried all of those ( he's really difficult to please when it comes to food -.- very picky
繼上次的蘋果可樂雞後,我一直想再試試水果入菜
We tried chicken cooked with apple one time and now i am really interested in dishes with fruits
今天剛好讀到奇異果+牛肉的組合
聽說奇異果能讓肉軟化而且更嫩哦 (筆記筆記
Today, I happened to read that we can try kiwi fruit and beef. It's said that kiwi can make meat taste better and softer
所以今天的菜單誕生了--- 奇異果牛排&馬鈴薯蔬菜沙拉
So we will do ... ... Steak with kiwi & potato salad
開始囉
我們準備的材料:
馬鈴薯----------6顆 (小的)
牛排---------- 一盒
洋蔥---------- 半顆
甜椒---------1顆
蒜---------1瓣
海鹽--------適量
黑胡椒--------適量
作法:
1. 奇異果削皮後切片(要有一點厚度哦) 牛排、洋蔥、甜椒、蒜切小塊備用 (洋蔥分兩分 各半)
為什麼我覺得杯子先生把奇異果切得宇宙無敵醜 How can he cut kiwi so ugly
2. 用一碗裝入豆芽菜、蒜、洋蔥
3. 中火熱鍋,將碗中所有東西、馬鈴薯塊入鍋,以橄欖油快速翻炒至熟(可加入適量鹽巴),再放入盤子的一旁
*** 下次用馬鈴薯泥可能比較理想
4. 以餘油拌炒甜椒和洋蔥數秒 *** 杯子先生覺得甜椒不夠熟 下次要注意~
5. 大火熱鍋後,再加入橄欖油並轉中火,牛肉接者入鍋(煮得過程中牛肉要一直翻面,建議不要等到一面熟後才發面)
6. 煮得過程中,可用海鹽、黑胡椒調味
7. 奇異果擺盤,牛排再放到奇異果上方
8. 牛排上方可撒上甜椒、洋蔥裝飾
